This is my nanna, who everyone called Olive. She married a David Edwards and had other children

before marrying my Grandfather Frederick John Glossop.

Mary Olive's parents were:

Michael Joseph Fitzpatrick &  Bridget Blake who married 8th Dec 1910 at South Melbourne, Vic

Mary Olive did not have any brothers or sisters....

Apparently Michael and his brothers were all in the IRA. Olive remembered sneaking around town at night to secret IRA meetings with her parents. They lived at 2 Gatehouse Street, Bendigo, Vic, Australia when she was a child.
