John Henry May
1888 - 1981

John Henry May with his wife Catherine Ferrier. I know who my husband looks like! Sorry John it's not you. I have made this picture small enough so you don't have to wait for ages for it to load onto the page. So the script reads as.......

Mr & Mrs J H May pictured during their 50th Wedding anniversary celebrations in the CWA Hall. Members of the family presented the parents with an electric clock to mark the occassion and the couple's many cards and telegrams from relatives and friends. Mr May came to Australia from England early this centry and he and Mrs May were married in the Methodist church at Balaclava. The May's have four sons, three daughters, 15 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. (One of whom was my husband Dean). I am not sure which paper this came out of but it was probably the Numurkah Leader.
