1. Everybody enjoys playing tennis.
2. Everybody plays the official tennis matches in the season.
3. Learn the basic skills of tennis and having more fun in tennis.
4. Each player finds the best way to practice and improve the tennis game/skills. Youll get
more options to hit balls (and to choose from) with more technical and mental skills.
1. before and after using the tennis courts, pick up trashes,
during a match, (let the opponent) pick up tennis balls which are more than a foot away from a
net or the back fence, for your and opponents safety.
2. make the best effort not to bother players in the neighboring courts. Keep quiet except
point/game calls.
3. If your ball rolls into the neighboring court, ask the players in the court to get the ball for
you, or get permission to get it by yourself.
4. If you get a ball rolls into your court from the neighboring courts, you call a let on the match, and
hand-throw the ball gently to a player in the neighboring courts so that he/she get the ball easily
and comfortably after a bound, into the chest position of the player. Wait the throwing the ball
till the end of a point in the neighboring court.
5. Respect your opponent(s). If you can not clearly call a ball OUT(this means that you clearly
see a gap between a ball and the outside of a line), or if you do not see a ball landing, then the
ball is IN. All OUT call must be prompt and clear to an opponent. Benefit of doubt is given
to an opponent. Never ask an opponents (clear) line call.
6. Clearly call the score before each point in the service games. Keep quiet otherwise in playing.
You are only allowed to say, scores before the service points, out call, and mine/you in
doubles games.
7. Show your sportsmanship and always be strictly disciplined.
8. In watching a match, do not clap on opponent players easy mistakes(unforced errors).
