About Us

Fulbond (formerly known as Ta Fu International Holdings Limited) is principally engaged in the manufacture, sale and trade of timber-related products. The Group underwent a restructure in April 2001 bringing in a new management team with Dr. Yang Ding-Yuan as Executive Director and Chairman, and Dr. Hu Ding Hua as Executive Director. Dr. Yang was previously the Vice-Chairman of Winbond Electronics Corporation, a Taiwan-based integrated chip manufacturer. He is also Chairman or a Director of several high-tech companies based in Taiwan and USA. Dr. Hu is currently the Chairman of Macronix Corporation in Taiwan and Chairman of seven companies engaged in communications and technology related businesses and is also the Chairman and CEO of five venture capital corporations. With their experience and expertise, Fulbond now has two distinct areas of activity: the existing timber business and the high technology business. Presently the market capitalization is HK$ 2,178,645,560.96 (August 3, 2002).
