Our first fundraising event was a 24-hour cycle ride (on exercise bikes!) in our sixth form common room at our school. We called the event “Capital Countdown” as we were going to cycle the equivalent of 550 miles, London to Edinburgh via Cardiff!
On yer bike! The “Capital Countdown” was very successful we cycled 650 miles over the 24-hour period and raised over £1000. |
