Blackwell

On the Butterfly disco label, Blackwell recorded just one album in 1979, containing various great, funky disco tracks. The pick of the best is "Boogie down and mess around" - but also much loved are "Move your ass gringo", "Put the funk back" and the rather silly instrumental "Belly button".
