Jones Girls
The Jones Girls (Shirley, Valerie and Brenda Jones) recorded as backing singers
in the 1970's including for Diana
Ross, and Le
Pamplemousse. One of their first solo recordings was the low-tempo disco
classic "You gonna make me love somebody else". Continued recording,
and became more popular, well into the 1980's with tracks such as "Nights
over Egypt" and "Dance turned into romance".
