Linda Clifford

Late 1970's disco diva moulded by Curtis Mayfield. Disco versions of "If my friends could see me now" (originally from the film "Sweet Charity"), "From now on" and "Bridge over troubled water" (the Simon & Garfunkel classic) followed. Her best album is "If my friends" (above). This contains the rare-groove classics "You are, you are", "Runaway love" and "Gypsy lady".
