Moment of Truth
Mid-1970's soul-disco band; tracks written by Reid Whitelaw and Norman Bergen.
After finding success on the Roulette label with "Helplessly", they
switched to Salsoul in 1976 and this track was re-released as the b-side of
"So much for love". This was only the second commercially available
12" single in the world (the first was released a week earlier - that was
Double Exposure's "Ten per cent"). "So much for love" was
remixed by Tom Moulton and mastered by Jose Rodriguez - look out for the DJ-only
instrumental version. "Lovin' you is killin' me" is also a great
Salsoul disco track (another TM/JR).
