28th of March, 2002 eight members of BROTHERHOOD signed the first document about RUSLOBODA establishing.
20th of April, 2002 on a special ceremony they signed the Brotherhood Declaration and got their RUSLOBODA Certificates. By that time Brotherhood has already been enlarged. The number of members has been increased from eight to eleven.
