Showtime. Here we go folks, it's Football Season. It seems like a long time ago when we were in the basement going over out cheat sheets and devising draft strategies. It was only 3.5 weeks ago, but it all comes to a head today.

Nothing quite like the season starting is there? In this initial Comish's Corner, I want to lay out what I think will happen in NFL. So without further ado, here is my NFL Preview:

Stanwood (+1) @ Lake Stevens
The Spartans head to Lake Stevens this week in what could be the matchup of the week in WESCO. The Spartans are ranked 8th in the state and are have something to prove in Lake Stevens Friday night. Take the Spartans.
Saturday
Michigan (-13) @ Notre Dame
It's showtime in Indiana. OK, maybe not. Notre Dame looked horrible in their loss to B-Y-Who last Saturday night and things don't get any easier as the Wolverines come to town. Notre Dame won't break 10 points in this one. It's all Wolverines.
Colorado (+2.5) @ WSU
By now we know my feelings toward Cougar football. They looked horrible last week in a win @ New Mexico, while the Buffs are coming off of an emotional win against Colorado State. Here come the Buffs.
Auburn (-13) @ Miss. State
I know there is a ton of hype surrounding the Bulldogs head coach. Being the first black coach in SEC history and everything, but that was last week. The caddy comes into town this week, and MSU sees big time SEC football. Are we seeing the next Bo Jackson? Love the Tigers here.
Indiana (+20) @ Oregon
OK, Indiana is not good, but is Oregon? This game is in Autzen, but I can't see a Duck team picked to finish in the middle of the pack, beating a Big 10 team by 3 TD's. This one may get me, but I like the Ducks about as much as the Cougs. I'll take Keith Smart and a bunch of points here.
