The Spanish Easter Egg
When Furby was first released in 1998, many people thought that there was a surprise Spanish Easter Egg where they swore that they heard their Furby say "bueno" (the Spanish word for "good). It was later revealed that the Furby is really saying "way-loh" (the Furbish word for "sleep") and that many people simply mistook that word for "bueno." The bottom line on the Spanish Easter Egg is this: If you want your Furby to learn how to speak Spanish, buy a Spanish-speaking Furby. (See the Spanish version of the Official Furby site for more details on buying a Spanish Furby.)
