Ingredients:
4 tb Sweet butter
1/4 c Browned sugar
1 1/2 ts Ground ginger
1 ts Fresh rosemary, snipped
Cook carrots in boiling water 20-30 minutes until tender. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add brown sugar,ginger. Mix and set aside.
When carrots are done drain and return to the pot. Pour butter mixture over them and cook over low heat for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Transfer to serving dish, sprinkle with rosemary and serve immediately.
