| Nicole's Bio Instrument: Bass Player, Vocals Birthplace: Tarrytown NY Birthdate: October 20th 1985 Favorite Music: NIN, Tori Amos, Future Sound Of London, Tracy Bonham, Ani Difranco, Tool, and A Perfect Circle Age: 16 How She Became Included In The Band: Well I guess that all of the trouble started when I was little about 5 or so. When I started to play the piano, I always played by ear (I've never really been a technical person in anything I do) so I played violin in fifth grade, I still do now, but not quite as frequentally. after that I hit my alternative music phase and i like everyone else wanted to play the guitar, so... I tried and didn't do so hot, a few months later I went down to four strings and I was much happier, I loved the bass, still do. For a while Joshy and I were in this really bad band called "shattered vision" and after being kicked out due to "creative differences" basically me and Joshy didn't want to play solo all of the time. we formed a duo, "Food, Gas, and Lodging" we played a couple of places and got our name out there, and after the addition of three new members, Mike, Dan and Drew, we are now "Further" That's really the whole story, as things progress, I guewss that i will kind of keep a pseudo band diary, tell you guys of the lovely events of practices if i'm not knocked out by a flying drumstick by then... *Peace, Love ,and Fairydust* *Nikki* Equitment: A Fender Bronco Bass 3/4 size b/c my arms are too short for the full size, a brand new ashbory bass, and I play through a heavy 20 inch speaker amp. |
