KNOTS TO KNOW
Taut-Line Hitch
If you only know one knot for hiking, know this knot! Great for keeping guy lines tight on tents and tarps!! Also easily adjustable!!!

Bowline
Another very good knot to know! Useful for tying ropes to tent or tarp webbing.

Sliding-Sheet-Bend
Here's a knot similar to the Taut-Line-Hitch, only this one is easier to untie when you need to.

Clove-Hitch
Quick and easy knot to tie, especially if you can slip it over a tent stake.

Prusik
Here's a knot that I've personally found interesting. You may never use it, but hey, if you happen to need it, it's a good knot to know!
