Background Info: April's father is Commander Eagle, a prominently placed military officer. She was trained at Calvary Command and has known Saber Rider for a long time. April designed the Ramrod Equalizer Vehicle. She is trained in self-defense and is extremely skilled when it comes to things mechanical. Her uncle, Wade, works as an undercover agent for Cavalry Command and has a daughter named June. April was a pro-tennis player before becoming a Star Sheriff.
