Hi there. I'm Daniel, the current webmaster and main contributor to Futon Revolutionary. This site was started for several reasons:
1) For almost two years, everytime I told a story to one of my friends, they would ask, "When are you going to write a book about this stuff?"... and - frankly - knowing that I'm not that interesting figured I should make it a website instead and drag several other people along to offset my laziness. So everytime someone asked me that question, I responded, "Tell you what: I'll make a website if you write for it." Enough people didn't immediately laugh to make me feel secure in going ahead with the plan.
2) I'm attending Chubb Institute and have to make a website for a few of my classes anyway. *blush*
So will Futon Revolutionary stay on Geocities? Likely not; I just want free space, no matter what its reputation, while I wait for the site to - hopefully - build up some steam.
