BACK to Mexican variants!
Just about everyone remembers the first tf-catalog showing people a skywarp with a purple nosecone and purple missles. Variant freaks wanted to find one. Some claimed that the very first ones came out looking like that. Still others claimed that it was a diaclone version.
Sorry. All wrong. The only place that this sucker turned up is Mexico...the purple nosecone, that is :-) Shoddy plastic, shoddy plastic landing gear, etc. There have been two versions of the Mexiwarp found so far, with the presumption that there is a possible third. The interesting thing is that it has a fist-type that doesn't exist anywhere else in the world :) dual-tab, small-insides purple. The main wings are long-tab flat.

Now, note that, *all* the mexican jets are different from their standard versions. The reason I mention skywarp specifically is that there was a purplse-nosecone version in the original catalog :-) Like the blue bluestreak, this purple-nosed skywarp did not actually see release in the usa.
