| After 4 weeks as the champion of the box office The Return of the King will finally fall to some NBC alums and mortorcyclists. Along Came Polly stars Ben Stiller, Jennifer Aniston and Debra Messing and is filled with laughs and star power. That formula mixed in wiith the fact that other romantic/comedy films have already run there course Along Came Polly looks to nab the top spot with about $20 Million for the weekend. Much delayed Torque is finally released starring Ice Cube as a motorcyclists on the run. Torque looks to definatly skew a large male audience and could pull in all those action fans. $15 Million should be the total for the weekend. The Return of the King will finally fall but still bring in a bunch of bucks with around 11M. Last weeks two films Chasing Liberty and My Baby's Daddy will fall hard and fast and probebly both make around $4 Million or less. |
