The Fab 5, made up of Carson Kressley (Fashion), Jai Rodriguez (Culture), Kyan Douglas (Grooming), Thom Filicia (Interior Design) and Ted Allen (Food and Wine). Each episode they turn a straight guy "from drab to fab" in their respective areas for a special occasion, be it to propose to his girlfriend, or just have a romantic evening with his fiancée or wife.

Carson Cressley
Carson is an independent stylist who has worked with Ralph Lauren in NYC; he worked as a design aspect of the men's sportswear department. Carson also supervised the styling for the company's national retail advertising campaigns. Apart from that, he also has degrees in Finance and Fine Art from Gettysburg College!!
Jai Rodriguez
Even before his role as "Culture Vulture" on Queer Eye, Jai Rodriguez was a well-known name in New York. He has performed on Broadway in the musical Rent and in the off-Broadway, award-winning production of Zanna, Don't! He is a talented singer and actor, and will soon be releasing an album later this year to follow up his single, Love Is Good. All this ... and he's only twenty-five!
Kyan is an expert in the subject of men's skin care; he has had an extensive training and professional experience in the Hair, Spa and Retail industries. He has a certificate in cosmetology from the Aveda Institute New York. He has worked in television and for magazines such as What Not To Wear, While You Were Out and Child Magazine. He was also voted one of the Top 25 Beautiful People in the Who Magazine.
Thom has established a strong reputation as one of the top 100 American Designers after he founded his own interior design company, Thom Filicia Inc. This company has completed both residential and commercial work all over the USA. Thom holds a B.A. in Interior Design from Syracuse University's school of Art and Design in the college of Visual and Performing Arts.
Before joining the Fab 5, Ted was the co-author of a column, "Things A Man Should Know" in the Esquire Magazine. This column was an irreverant guide to things such as fashion, business etiquette and cocktails, and also co-authored four books that have spun out of the series. Before joining the Esquire, Ted was a senior editor and restaurant critic with Chicago magazine where he wrote stories for the dining department.
