reviews and commentary
Critics are odd.  Just when you think you have them pegged, they suprise you, in both good and bad ways.

Now, as far as how I feel about the reviews--well obviously, I like it when they're good, and don't like it when they're bad.

However, as far as how worthy they are, what it comes down to is the opinions of
less than five people at the most.

The fact is, it doesn't really matter if the review is positive or negative--either can help generate an audience.

Now, that said, I've put some comments of my own with these reviews.  (Although, we've got three reviews, and two of them are positive, so I don't have much to gripe about!)

Bill Hagen told me that it is pointless to dwell on the reviews, considering that they're never really fair (in general, and particularly towards this theater).  If you disagree with the bad ones, how can you agree with the good ones?

An excellent point.

But I still liked that we got compared to Chuck Palahniuk.

Twice.
