Do not ask the stones or the trees how to live, they can not tell you; they do not have tongues; do not ask the wise man how to live for, if he knows, he will know he cannot tell you; if you would learn how to live, do not ask the question; its answer is not in the question but in the answer, which is not in words; do not ask how to live, but, instead, proceed to do so.
Page 9 ~ Marauders of Gor

A young wisp of a girl, with bright eyes of slate gray, widened as she opened the box from her Father. It was her fifteenth birthday and she knew well what this meant. Her dreams of childhood would come to be and she would follow within the steps of the one man she truly adored. Nestled within the satin lined tem box, were her two bracelets. One of sereem diamonds and her favorite stone amethyst and the second of diamonds and emeralds, the color of her caste. Throwing her arms around his neck and hugging him, he set her down upon the counter and fastened each to her left wrist, explaining to her the way they were to be removed.

A turning was spent at her Father's clinic in Port Kar, leaning under his expertise and tutelage. There was so much going on and often she found herself doing the more simple duties like checking vitals and drawing blood. She was simply amazed by the vast technology. She had helped with minor emergency matters and even was able to aid her Mother as she and her Father delivered her little sister, Rebekah. Exposed to disease, famine, broken bones, mental conditions, birth and even death, she had passed nearly every test handed to her.

Father - Delmurio Lereaux

The day of her sixteenth birthday, she got the one thing she wanted more than anything else. See, two months prior, her Father and see sat down with a map and she was able to decide what city she wished to travel to. So careful she was in this decision as she only got to pick one. Lydius is was. Her Father wrote to the Ubar and spoke of his daughter's desires and ambitions. Handing the delicate task of guardianship over to a man he barely knew but was entrusting the very life of his Daughter to. So on her birthday came the reply and...SHE IS HEADING TO LYDIUS!!!

The journey not all that exciting but she found that hours upon hours could be spent gazing into the thassa foam gathering at the bow of the ship. The when la torvis hits the waters just right, the thassa was more than just one shade of blue. But most amazing thing she learned was that there was no place in Gor that she would not get to, be it by thassa or land. A wanderlust spark that dwelled within her, was set ablaze.

Now that she is within Lydius, anything is possible. She just had to take each day that was gifted to her and pray that she could do her family proud. She was goal oriented and her studies - painstakingly arduous however, she was still just a young girl, in a new city, learning what it means to start her life for the very first time.

Things never turn out as planned. Her love of the Thassa, her born wanderlust, A fight between her Father and her Grandfather and she was pulled from her studies. She never imagined that one trip back home to visit with her parents would be the last time she were to leave Port Kar.
