Feeling Rejected

Feeling Rejected? So you're trying to talk to a group of people but they take a look at you or they hear you talk and then a minute later they blow you off. You're like, "What the heck?! What did I do to them?" At that moment you are probably feeling very rejected and now you think you got to pattern your life like theirs to feel wanted, but what does that help? It just makes you like "like them" and not someone different. Or maybe you don't want to talk to that group anymore because you think they'll diss you again. But if you took one person out of that group, you gotta realize, that they are too acting the part and they are searching for answers. 1 Samuel 16:7, God does not see the same way people see. People look at the outside of a person, but the Lord looks at the heart. God sees you as someone special. He understands your heart and your thoughts. That might seem scary at first, but doesn't it feel good when a person loves you for who you really are. Not just how you train yourself to act. Give people the reason to want to know more about you. Do things that are different from what they would do. You'll see people will be drawn towards you like a bug to a light. Because that's what you are, a light of the world. Psalm 1:1-3, Happy are those who don't go to the wicked, who don't go where sinners go, who don't do what evil people do. They love the Lord's teaching, and they think about those teachings day and night. They are strong, like a tree planted by a river. The trees produces fruit in season and it leaves don't die. Everything they do will succeed. You should never feel like you don't belong or that you are not loved. God will always pick you up if you fall down; he will not leave you alone and not care about you. He wants to comfort you and he wants to hold you close. He loves you. You don't gotta change who you are just to "fit in". Be your own, unique person. Now, I'm not saying that you got to go all weird on me and dress like a clown or something just to be "different". I'm saying that you can't keep getting pushed around by what your peers think and then do something you will regret in the future. You don't have to suffer because you are a Christian, but rejoice that you bear that name. Because remember that there are a lot of people that would kill for the love that God gives you. That's why you got to share him with them. You are a child of God be proud of it! God loves you for who you are! Take the time to read these Scriptures: Psalm 37:5-7, 1 Peter 4:16, Psalm 34:18,
