First Episode
Miaka, a senior high student, was peacefully
dreaming about food. When she was about to eat all
those mouth-watering delicacies, it all disappeared
one by one. She began to hear this deep, rough voice
of a man. Through her dismay, she raised her desk and
accidentally hit her teacher. She was ordered to
carry her desk outside the classroom as her
punishment. Yui and Miaka went to the library.
Miaka was relieved to see a beverage vending machine.
She reached for a coin inside her pocket, which fell
into the ground.
As she was picking the coin, her
attention was distracted by the mystical bird, which
seemed to be a Peacock. She followed the bird into a
room in the second story of the building. This room
was filled with old important literature. The book
entitled “The Book of the Four Gods” fell out of the
shelf as the bird disappeared. Yui found Miaka and
the book. This book was written in Chinese characters
but its good that Yui can read it. Miaka recognized
the drawn picture in one page of the book. “The Book
of the Four Gods” is an incantation and whoever
finishes reading it will have all their wishes
granted. Both of them were sucked into the book and
they were brought back to the Old China were they find
two men who sells women. Luckily they were rescued by
a handsome guy with a demon character written on his
forehead. This man asked for their payment for his
service. It took Miaka a long time to look for money
in her things and when she found a bill, the young man
and Yui were no where to be found. She thought that
Yui was with the young man so she searched for both
of them. She didn’t know that Yui returned to their
original world. Yui continued to read the book.
Miaka found a man who claims that he is a personal
friend of the one she’s looking for. The young man
led Miaka to his buddies. They started to attack
Miaka. She defended herself with wrestling moves.
One of them got her leg and thus, she can’t move. The
young man with the demon character came to her rescue
for the second time…
