Tenth Episode
Miaka wanted to protect her warriors and in order to
see Yui, she left for Koto without her warriors. A
farmer, living in the same village as Tamahome, told
Miaka of the short cut thru the forest. She spotted
a huge tiger and it is preparing itself to attack her.
She tried several tricks to spare her life… tricks
like lying down ( which are for bears )… and
disguising herself as a tree. She resorted to her
last idea – to fight the tiger. When the tiger did
its first attack, Tamahome came out of nowhere. He
fought the tiger and made it go away. She asked to
leave her alone but Tamahome insisted not to. He
pledged to protect her up to his very last breath and
he revealed his affection as well. She tricked him
into coming back to the village. Nuriko went to
Hotohori and informed him of their current
situation. Hotohori wanted to go to Koto but he
can't. Tamahome followed Miaka. Miaka easily
entered Koto's gate with the help of Chichiri casting
a spell on the guards. The spell was broken by the
general who works for the emperor of Koto. Miaka
demanded him to bring her to the palace. Tamahome
came and saw Miaka talking to a man on the horse, he
was about to enter when Chichiri pulled him away.
Miaka was brought to the palace. The genereal turned
out to be a foreigner with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Miaka successfully reunited with Yui.
