Thirteenth Episode
– FOR MY LOVE –
Tamahome and Miaka were hugging each other when the
warriors felt the presence of danger in Miaka’s room
– there was something or someone lurking inside.
Tamahome and Hotohori were on their guard and
searching the room. Chichiri and Nuriko rushed to
Miaka’s room. Chichiri revealed the enemy who’s
hiding in the ceiling with his spell. It was an
assassin who brought a message for Miaka saying that
she should surrender Tamahome to Koto. Miaka knew
that it was Yui’s plan. To prove that they were
serious, Koto destroyed three villages. They would
destroy more if Tamahome would not cooperate. Miaka
held Tamahome that night till she fell asleep. In the
morning Tamahome couldn’t be found anywhere. He left
a note to Miaka. Tamahome offered himself to protect
Miaka and the rest of Konum. Miaka was so
disappointed. She pretended that she was happy and
went with Nuriko and Chichiri. Unknown to them
Chichiri went back and took the place of Hotohori.
Miaka saw the character of mountain in the mirror
Taiitsu-kun gave her since the book was at Koto. Miaka
and Nuriko stopped at an eatery where they were
attacked. When one of the bandits was about to chop
her head off Hotohori came and saved them. They
stopped in a forest to rest. Hotohori saw Miaka and
gave her water to drink. He tried to cheer her up by
giving her a kiss. But she avoided it by turning her
head. He showed her the last part of the letter. It
contains three Chinese characters when translated it
means I love you. He promised to protect her in
Tamahome’s absence. Nuriko saw all that had happened.
Nuriko was obviously jealous but he won’t admit it.
Miaka stepped on a trap. A board with pointed spikes
appeared and is swooping down at her. Hotohori ran
and pushed her down and Nuriko was hit by a log -
knocking him unconscious. They were captured by the
bandits.
Tamahome was brought to Koto. He faced Nakado who
slapped him on the face. Yui asked them to leave her
and Tamahome alone. Tamahome blamed himself and he
thought that Yui was forced to become the Maiden of
Seiryuu. He didn’t know that it was Yui who planned
to capture him. Now he won’t be able to return to
Miaka because Yui won’t let him.
Miaka, Nuriko and Hotohori woke up and found
themselves in a room. Their hands and feet were tied
to prevent them from escaping. Miaka started to look
for the Suzaku Warrior among the bandits. She bit the
clothes of the bandits exposing their chests. A blue
haired guy name Kojin took Miaka and brought her to
Aakin – the leader of the bandits.
