Eighteenth Episode
– THE TRAP OF LOVE –
The Seven Suzaku Star Warriors finally gathered as one
except for Tamahome. With Chichiri’s power, Miaka
was able to talk to Tamahome. They were able to
choose a place for them to meet. They chose the spot
in the garden – under the big tree. They made plans
to rescue Tamahome in Kutou. Yui chanced upon their
meeting. Yui planed a way to keep Tamahome to
herself. Nakago gave Yui a medicine to make Tamahome
hers forever. Day, after noon and Night passed but
Yui wasn’t able to put the medicine in his food.
After eating their dinner, Miaka and Chichiri were
preparing themselves for their trip to Koto. Tasuki
bribed Miaka into taking him with them. Tasuki,
Chichiri and Miaka teleported to Koto with the use of
his magic cloth. They found their meeting place with
the help of Mitsukake’s cat.
Tamahome entered the place where Yui was taking a
bath. He tried to talk Yui to come with him but it
didn’t work. Someone deliberately placed incense ( -
it’s not your ordinary incense…. This incense was able
to weaken Tamahome….) Yui walked out of the bathing
grounds and faced Tamahome. She placed the medicine
in her mouth and kissed Tamahome. He wasn’t able to
meet Miaka at their rendezvous point. Back at the
rendezvous point, Miaka, Tasuki and Chichiri waited
patiently for Tamahome. Someone else instead of
Tamahome came. Yui, Nakago and the military troops of
Koto appeared before them. There was no way out.
