I'm not sure what your question is!
3 degrees below zero = 零下三度。

MD = Medicinae Doctor (in Latin)
　 = Doctor of Medicine = 醫學博士
BA = Bachelor of Arts = 文學士
PhD = Philosophiae Doctor (in Latin)
　 = Doctor of Philosophy = 博士

All of them are academic degrees.
