This is pretty simple, and you don't need much to do the spell. It does require calling a spirit, but don't worry cos as long as you cast a circle first you'll be protected from all the nasty ones! The first thing you need to do is tidy the space you're gonna work in, if it's outside then give up chasing the leaves and just sit down! Get some lavender oil and a burner. Put a few drops of the oil into the burner and put it somewhere stable. Light it and cast your circle, then sit with your eyes closed. Meditate for as long as you like, thinking about the elements air, earth, fire and water and how they all affect each other. When you feel ready raise your arms in the air in a V shape and call the spirit to you.
If you're lucky you'll get a sign that the spirit is with you. When me and my sister did it, all the open doors and windows in our house banged! Good luck! |
