Museum Pieces.
Duxford - XV474 T owned by the Old Flying Machine Co  - protected from the elements. Shortly before these photos were taken, XV474 had been transformed into an advertising hoarding, for a local Porsche dealer - what remained were the Black & red stripes.
2 shots of ZE359 ex-74 Sqn, now residing at Duxford as part of the American Museum.  She once again wears her previous users markings- VF-74
Boscombe Down 1st July 2000 - remarkable photo's showing XT597 wearing her trials nose, which has been stored safely ever since.
XV401 - ex "I" of 74 Sqn - also resides as part of the Boscombe Museum.  Her engines were removed and placed into XT597.  Work was due to start on  restoring XV401  to her former glory within days of my visit.
