REVELATION

Entering the hallway of time
Leading up to the millenium
I feel the doors banging shut behind me
As light streams under a door not yet open
This is revelation

Calling your name 
And not hearing the answer
I hear only the silent voice
As it has echoed since the dawn of time
This is revelation

Seeing a rainbow
And recognising the promise
As did Noah in his day
And yet my ark has yet to rescue me
This is revelation
