The Registrar

Sir (MC)
Will you kindly inform me, as early as possible, if our present Teacher (Mrs. Blundell) has obtained, from you, the required new Certificate, and if it will be in order for me to pay her Salary, in full, up to June 30th, when the Agreement terminates?
My Board has appointed Miss Edith L. Mudie (who taught for us, on permit, during 1923 Fall Term) from July 6th. No Summer Vacation. She has just come from Normal, as you know, and I presume she holds a Teaching Certificate from you. Will you please let me know?
Yours respectfully

Dear Sir,
Yours of the 21st instant to hand. The party to whom I referred has left the neighbourhood for Detroit, Michigan: though I do not think that You could obtain the value today, yet the quarter is in my opinion worth (today) one thoud\sand dollars ($1000) cash. Am sorry that I omitted to keep You in touch with what has transpired. Trusting that You will be able to forward the Taxes in good time.
Yours truly

Sir
I desire to thank you for your reply AT-37202-16 of the 25th August.
With reference to the last paragraph, is it too much to ask for a copy of the Annual Financial Statement for the year 1915, no trace of the Duplicate copy promised in letter G 2996-16 of 20th Jan, 1916 being found in the School District Records?
