The Annual Public Meeting was held in the School Room at Two o'clock p.m.
Present: Mrs. McGuire, Mrs. Percival, Mrs. Kruse, Messrs. A.D. Percival, Albert Kruse, H.A. Mudie, G. Buck, W. Stobart, J. Stobart, Norman Kirk, W. Stephenson, S. Letendre, J. McGuire, E.J. Woollard, Mrs. Buck.
Mr. A. Kruse was appointed Chairman
The Auditor's Report and Financial Statement was read by the Secretary showing a credit balance on hand of $458.22.
Prop. by Mr. Mudie, sec. by Mrs. McGuire "That the Statement as read be passed, and is satisfactory."

The Inspector's Report was read by the Secretary.
Prop. by Mr. Mudie, sec. by Mr. Percival "That the Report be passed, as read."

At 4 o'clock p.m. The Chairman called for nominations for the offices of Two Trustees, as A.E. Allen has resigned his position.
Prop. by Mr. Percival, sec. by Mr. Mudie "That it is recommended by this Meeting that the late Teacher (Miss Robinson) be paid the $22.00 for teaching 5 1/2 days during December."

Prop. by Mr. Percival, seconded by Mr. Kirk that Elizabeth A. Percival be elected as a Trustee.
Prop. by Mr. Buck, seconded by Mr. S. Letendre that H.A. Mudie be elected a Trustee.
Prop. by Mrs. McGuire, sec. by Mrs. Kruse that William Stobart be elected a Trustee.
Prop. by Mr. Kruse, sec. by Mr. Percival that Mary Agnes Kruse be elected a Trustee.
There being no withdrawals, Poll opened at 4-45 p.m.
At 6-45 p.m. the Poll closed, and the votes counted by the Chairman and Secretary, with following result:-
Elizabeth Ann Percival 11 votes
Mary Agnes Kruse 7 votes
H.A. Mudie 6 votes
William Stobart 2 votes
The Chairman then declared Elizabeth Ann Percival elected for three years, and Mary Agnes Kruse elected for one year.

The Board of Trustees sat as a Court of Revisions, in the Secretary's House, in Wabamun, at 2 p.m.
Present: Trustees E.A. Percival, M.A. Kruse, E. McGuire, with the Secretary (T.Street)
There were no Appeals whatever.
Prop. by Trustee Kruse, sec. by Trustee McGuire,
"That the 1925 Assessment, as made by the legally appointed Assessor, shall stand, the proper Notices having been sent out, at the right time, by the Secretary; and the Secretary-Treasurer is now instructed to, at once, proceed with the collection of the 1925 Tax; the Tax Rate to be Fifteen Mills on the Dollar."
