KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That we, ANNIE WOOLLARD, of Wabamun in the Province of Alberta, EDWIN JOHN WOOLLARD, of Wabamun in the said province of Alberta and (hand written) Charles Edward Carthew M.D. of Wabamun (end hand written) in the Province of Alberta, are jointly and severally bound unto David Lynch Scott, a Judge of the Supreme Court of the North West Territories, in the sum of Six hundred dollars to be paid to the said David Lynch Scott, or the Judge of the said Court for the time being; for which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, and each of us for the whole, our and each of our heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals. Dated the Fourteenth day of July in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and six.
The condition of this obligation is such that if the above named Annie Woollard, the administrator of the property of the late Bernard Woollard, late of Wabamun in the Province of Alberta, deceased, who died on or about the second day of June, 1903, do when lawfully called upon in that behalf, make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the property of the said deceased, which has or shall come into the hands, possession or knowledge of the said Annie Woollard or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for her, and the same so made, do exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the Registery of the Supreme Court of the North West Territories, Judicial District of Northern Alberta, whenever required by law so to do, and the same estate and effects, rights and credits of the said deceased at the time of his death which at any time after shall come into the hands or possession of the said Annie Woollard or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for her, do well and truly administer according to law; that is to say,- do pay the debts which the deceased did owe at his decease,
And further, to make or cause to be made, a full, true and just account of her said administration when she shall be thereunto lawfully required; and all the rest and residue of the estate and effects, rights and credits shall transfer, deliver and pay unto such person or persons as shall be by law entitled thereto; then this obligation to be void and of no effect, or else to remain in full force and virtue.

WE, EDWIN JOHN WOOLLARD, of Wabamun, in the Province of Alberta, farmer, and (hand written) Charles Edward Carthew M.D. of Wabamun (end hand written) in the said Province, (hand written) physician (end hand written) severally make oath that we are the proposed sureties on behalf of the intended administratrix of the estate and effects of Bernard Woollard, deceased, in the annexed bond (hand written) now shown to me and marked as Exhibit A hereto(end hand written) named, for the faithful administration of the estate and effects of the said deceased; And I, the said Edwin John Woollard for myself make oath and say that I am possessed of an estate of the value of five hundred dollars ($500.00) over and above all my debts and over and above all encumbrances and all sums for which I am now bail or liable as surety, or endorser or otherwise, and over and above all exemptions from seizure under execution; and I, the said (hand written) Chas E.
