This is a list of anecdotes that I've picked up from various sources.
Most of them are from my parents, and a lot of them sound as if they're
Urban Myths rather than true stories. I can honestly say, however, that
they're all true. Some of the fine details such as where and when they
took place may be wrong, but the meat of the story is correct.
