| Good Guys Son Gokou Gokou is the main character in Dragonball Z. His real Saiya-jin name is actually Kakarotto. He is a pure blooded Saiya-jin, from Planet Vejita. He arrived on earth when he was only a baby, sent to conquer the planet for Freezer's empire. He was discovered by Son Gohan[the one who Gokou's son is named after]. When he was only a child however, he fell down a large cliff, bumping his head, and erasing his saiya-jin, fighting based mind. He then became a normal child and grew up on earth. He trained under Master Roshi, Kami Sama, Kaio-sama and many others. In Dragonball Z, Gokou defeats most of the major villians like; Vejita, Freezer, Majin Buu, Hildegarn, Android 13, Brolly, Koola, Metal Koola, and many more. Gokou was the first to go super saiya-jin, the first to go super saiya-jin 3, and the first to go Super 4. Gokou is married to Chi-Chi, has 2 sons, Gohan and Goten. His real dad is Bardock, his adopted[earth] dad is Son Gohan. He fused with Vejita to form Gojita, and Vejitto. Son Gohan Son Gohan, named after Gokou's adopted father, is a half blooded saiya-jin/earthling. In the beginning of Dragonball Z, he is just a normal child, and Chi-Chi always makes him study. In the Radditz fight he discovers his true strength, but by accident, and Piccolo realizes the potential power within him. Gohan trains under Piccolo and they become close friends. Gohan has the potential to be the strongest warrior, but in his anger is where his true strength is. He defeats Cell and Boujack. Gohan is the first one to go super saiya-jin 2. He trained under Piccolo, and later under Kaiou-shin. He becomes married to Videl, and has a daughter Pan. Son Goten Son Goten is the youngest of Son Gokou's sons. He turns Super Saiya-jin at the young age of 7, suprising everyone greatly. Goten did not defeat any major enemies however. He can fuse with Trunks to form Gotenks. Vegeta Vejita, was the Prince of the Saiya-jins, and son of King Vejita [all saiya-jin kings must be named Vejita..]. He is incredibly strong at an incredibly young age. He comes to Earth, along with his weaker partner Nappa, after Radditz was killed there, in search of the Dragonballs. Here, he is defeated by Gokou, but Gokou spares his life. Later in the Namek saga, he meets up again with Gohan and Kuririn. Being the prince of the saiya-jins, he is filled with an almost disturbing pride. After being defeated by Gokou or Kakarott as he refers to him, he never lives it down. Throughout the series, he is a unusual ally, thats whole mission is to outdo Gokou, and to become a Super Saiya-jin. Later in the show, he actually becomes friends with the z warriors, and marries Bulma. He goes on to have 2 children, Trunks and Bra. He also gets posessed by Babi-di, and becomes Majin Vejita. In Dbgt, he becomes posessed by Bebi and becomes Bebi Vejita. He fuses with Gokou to form Gojita and Vejitto. Future Trunks In Mirai Trunks' timeline, Gokou gets and dies from a heart disease. Then, when Androids 17 and 18 attack the Earth, all the Z-warriors die in battle. Only Gohan and him remain. Gohan later dies fighting the androids. Trunks finds Gohan dead, and that triggers him to go Super Saiya-jin for the first time. He attempts to fight the androids, but suffers a defeat. After recovering however, he goes back in time, with Bulma's time machine, and brings with him heart medicine. In going back in time, he creates a new time line, the time line that Dragonball Z takes place in. He gives Gokou the medicine, and tells them of the androids that are coming. He goes back then, and comes back in the Cell saga. After the Z warriors defeat Cell, Trunks goes back to his time line again and defeats Cell there. Chibi Trunks Chibi Trunks, is the Trunks we see during the Majin Buu saga, and throughout the rest of Z and Gt. He is best friends with Goten, and he goes super saiya-jin at the young age of 8, also greatly suprising everyone. He can fuse with Goten to becomes Gotenks. Piccolo In regular Dragonball, Piccolo was arch enemies with Gokou, because Gokou killed Piccolo's father[Piccolo Daimaou.] In Dragonball Z however, after becoming close friends with Gohan, he fights along side with the Z warriors and Gokou. As the series goes on, he becomes closer friends with all the Z team, and like Vejita, eventually becomes good friends with them all. Piccolo defeated Radditz. Kuririn Kuririn, trains along side with Gokou under Master Roshi in Dragonball. As they continue to train, they become the best of friends. Kuririn, although considered weak compared to the saiya-jins, is the strongest human. He always seems to get hurt badly in the battles, but he tries his best. Kuririn later gets married to a "human-ized" Android 18, and they have a daughter Marron. Yamucha Yamucha doesn't have a major role in DBZ, but he has a decent role in regular Dragonball. He is originally a "Desert Bandit" and he wants to get the Dragonballs so he can wish that he wasn't afraid of girls. Then he meets Gokou and Bulma, him and Bulma get together, etc. In dbz he dies against a Saibaiman, and he fights briefly against Android 20, that's it. Tenshinhan He is the second strongest human after Kuririn. He also, does not have a big role in Dbz, mostly just in Dragonball. He is at one point, equal to Gokou in strength, exactly. He has really good techniques, like the "Taiyoken". The only time he does anything in the later part of the series, is saving Dende from a blast fired by Buu. Chao-zu Tenshinhan's little bitch, that I hate with a passion. He has no good moves, and does nothing useful. He should be stricken from the records. =P Ubuu Ubuu is the good reincarnation of Majin Buu. He is first seen at the end of Dragonball Z at the Tenkaichi Budoukai. He is very scared, but Gokou can tell that he is very strong. When they fight in the Budoukai, Ubuu actually learns how to fight as the fight goes along, then Gokou goes off with him to train him. Gokou tells him that he will be the one to protect the Earth in the future, blah blah, haha ^_^. Master Roshi The invincible old perverted Turtle master. He doesn't play a big part in Z either, but in DB he is major. He is the one that originally trains Gokou and Kuririn, and he competes in the Tenkai-ichi Budoukai as "Jackie Chun". He is the inventor of the Kamehameha, and was at one point, the strongest man alive. Chi-chi Gokou's wife, mother to Gohan and Goten. She originally is a fighter, believe it or not. In Z though she is just an annoying mother for the most part. She doesn't let Gohan do anything, but she let's Goten do everything. =P Bulma Bulma is the second character we see in Dragonball, after Gokou. She is a slutty teen looking for the Dragonballs, hehe. She meets up with Yamucha and goes out with him. Throughout the whole series, including Z, she is the smart one. She is the head of the Capsule Corporation. She accompanies Gohan and Kuririn to Namek-sei, but that is the last major thing she does. She eventually becomes wife to Vejiita, and has two kids, Trunks and Bra. Ox-king Chi-chi's father, this guy is huge. He is one of Master Roshi's students, and he was kind've a bad guy at first. He had this huge fortune on "Fire mountain" or something like that. He doesn't play a part in Dbz, because occassionaly calming down Chi-chi. Kami God of the Earth, he doesn't have any huge major roles. In the Non perfect Cell saga however, he fuses with Piccolo to become "Kami-collo", because they need the strength and wisdom. Dende After Kami is merged with Piccolo, Dende takes the job. We first see him on planet Namek, and he is saved from being killed by Furiiza's henchmen. He takes over as God, at a very young age, and he doesn't have any major roles either. Mr. Popo Mr. Popo is Kami's and Dende's assistant. He is the man, he kicks ass beyond belief, he is tight. Mr. Popo and Janemba should be rulers of the world. Yes, yes indeed. Kaiou-shin There were originally 5 Kaiou-shins, including 1 Dai-Kaiou-shin. After fighting with Majin Buu however, this one is the only one left. He is ruler of the entire universe. We see him in the Buu Saga, he is strong, but nothing compared to the Saiya-jin that we know. Later in the series he fuses with Kibit with the Pantara Earings. There is also "Rou Kaioushin" which is the old Kaiou-shin, 15 generations back, that we see come out of the broken Zet sword. He gives his life so Gokou can have it. Kaio-sama One of the 5 Kaiou's, including the Dai Kaiou. He is the one that teaches Gokou the Kaio-ken, and the Genki Dama. He is the owner of Bubbles and Gregory, and his planet got blown up when Gokou Shunkan Idou'ed Cell onto it. He often sublimminaly talks to Gokou, and he is very cautious, not expecting or wanting Gokou to get into fights with powerful people and win. In the Furiiza saga he also trains Tenshinhan, Yamucha, Piccolo and Chao-zu. Yajirobe He was strong in Dragonball, like so many others, but he gets outdone. In the Vejiita fight, he saves the day by cutting Oozaru Vejiita's tail. That is the last major thing that he does in the series. Karin A little, white cat, that lives on Karin tower. He is actually kind've strong, in a way, hehe. In DBZ he doesn't play a major role, but he is the one that grows all of the Senzu. Mr. Satan The loser human that took credit for beating Cell. This made him a hero. He was champion of the Tenkai-ichi Budoukai, after bribing people like Android 18 to lose. In the Buu saga, he finds out the people that beat Cell are still alive, and he finds out that all those moves weren't just "tricks." He becomes friends with the Z warriors, but he always thinks that he is strong. He is also very scared, of like everything. =P Videl Wife to Gohan, she meets him at their High school. She is the first to find out that he is the Great Saiya-man. She is the strongest human, besides the people in the Z Team. She is far stronger than her father, Mr. Satan, and she eventually has one child, Pan. Pan Gohan and Videl's child, she is only 4 years old at the end of DBZ. We see her a lot more in Dbgt. She is very strong, but never goes Ssj. Other Members of the Z-team and characters Other characters include Lunch, Puar, Marron, Bra, Lord Enma, Dai Kaio-Sama, and tons and tons more depending on the saga.
