Some cool shots you should see

Who needs to buy these pictures off John Fairfax when you can take them yourself. Although admittedly this is not ideal, far from it, but at least I can say it is mine, and I took it. The ground was moving beneath my feet due to the number of people and the amount of body mass around me, but I still, well, you can see for yourself how well I have managed. That person in front of me unfortunately got in the way of a 'would be alright' type of photo. The lens was open for about 2 - 3 seconds, you could almost measure it if you knew how fast those firecrackers moved onced exploded. (ahh remember the old tickertape)

This was taken on the bridge on the way to the city, just near North Sydney. This was taken with Dave's camera, a Minolta.(I'll put the details up once I get a copy of them). The lens was open for about 15-20 seconds I think. When I printed this though, it came out a little green. I tried to print it again, adding some magenta, but being such a tempremental machine, it didn't want to work. I think it was going through a phase, just before it died. Hehehe, so that's my explanation for it's greenish tinge. I used Adobe Photoshop 5.5 to fix it up the best I could in the shortest time possbile. I took many a photo like this one that evening.
