Gabrielle: ::Gabrielle had been relieved from her training with Aries in Mount Olympus. She had been worn, and tired, but still so very eager to learn more. Her facial expression was that of dissappointment, as she was almost *forced* to venture down back to the Gardens.. only to regain her energy, and train again. Golden wings set to drape her shoulders, while second golden set, wrapped her waist in a nice, warm hug. As she sat in the fresh grass, brushing her fingers through the blades softly, she came to think a bit about various things. Sapphire hues were draped by heavy lids as she sat there, slowly falling backwards to prop herself against that large, familiar oak of hers. Ah yes, though she wished she was still training, it was indeed good, to be home....::
Straetha: *The black and silver winged angel watched the woman as she sat above her in that same tree, deep blue eyes watching the woman below. Her eyes were cold, though if one looked deep enough a fleeting glimpse of her true nature could be seen. She wore a simple black tunic and trews, a cloak around her shoulders flowing off the branch. She was unsure as to what orders would be given since her lord had walked away without a word to her. She sighed silently, watching Gabrielle beneath her. She slid down a branch, closer to her quarry, as yet unsure of what she would do to the woman... if anything. A deep inner voice whispered that she should just leave, but she squelched the notion, she had orders to... well... to do something. And besides, should she be asked to attack she should certainly know her prey, no?*
Gabrielle: :;Gabrielle, still adorn in her battle attire.. could only smirk, as wings twitched slightly. That tear was like a doorbell being rung within her body.. sensing a presence nearby. It took a brief moment or two, before she actually began to speak.. lifting a hand to comb through that firey red hair.. :: If you wish speak, you need only begin.. ::Eyes flashed open straight towards the angelic woman above her. Battle gear caught a sheen in the moonlight as she moved only so slightly to better view the woman Obviously here to learn more about her.. and by the looks of her dark attire, and wings.. it wasn't a 'friendly' nice to meet you type of visit. Gabrielle would stand en guarde in the presence of this one. She could sence that something was amiss, and that is where Gabrielle would always have her advantage.. Propping herself up further against that tree, her hand came out to notion a seat around her in the grass.. an invite to conversation, as it were::
Straetha: *Her jaw set in annoyance, she slid down the tree, kicking off the trunk to flip and land silently before the queen. Her wings fanned low she knelt, for all her status as Fallen she still had respect for rank. Regardless of what would be asked of her in the future, she had no personal grudge against this woman. She appeared unarmed, though that was only an illusion. She had a pair of daggers sheathed in her trews, hidden from view by the skirt of the tunic, though her most dangerous weapon was her mind. She raised her eyes, meeting those of the queen,* Good evening, m'lady. *her voice was soft still, a remenant of the position she'd once held as angel of Redemption. She still burned with malice at her wrongful cast from the heavens... though she hid it well in a shielded gaze*
Gabrielle: ::Gabrielle offered a nod towards the now fallen one before her, giving off a soft smile in comfort, that though she be armed, she had no ill intention towards the fallen angel.. :: Good evening... ::Gabrielle lifted her wings for a better positioning against the wind slowly picking up to blow soft firey red hair over her face.:: I hope this meeting bares no ill will against me at this hour? .. I grow weary at this hour.. ::If there was one thing, Gabrielle was definitely honest. Even if she was admitting her slight vulnerability towards the fallen angel:: .. I take it you already know me.. but, Your name is? ::Gabrielle's innocence was uncanny, sickening to some.. but this was just one of the many gestures that gabrielle made, to prove her kind intentions::
Straetha: *the dark one shook her head, black hair shimmering over her shoulders* I would only know my... enemy... *she stumbled a little over the last word, but got it out sure enough. She met the queen's eyes, her own gaze still guarded* I am also weary, though it is not sleep I seek. *she paused briefly, as if considering whether to extend her name to the woman or not... the hell with caution* I am Straetha, once Angel of Redemption, now fallen. *she said the last with a strange sense of longing, but it quickly was covered with a cool tone as she caught herself slipping. She could not afford to do that, she'd need her will to be iron if she was to do her duty...*
Gabrielle: ::Gabrielle nodded her head as she kept a warming smile over her. Gazing into her eyes as if she were reading into her own mind. Alas, that was not the case, gabrielle was too, analyzing this new fallen one a bit more clearly.. keep your friends close, and your enemies closer. Wise words given to her by a warrior of mortal blood. Canting her head as she cleared her throat.:: Ah, it is a sad day then, to know yet another has fallen. . Though, it is a pleasure to greet you, Straetha. You had quite the title then, some time ago. ::Gabrielle sighed a moment as she paused to look down in thought, only to return that same innocent gaze to her:: Perhaps, one day.. ::she stopped herself, shaking her head with a soft chuckling.:: .. nevermind. You've chosen your faith in righteousness. I dare not impede on your decision. ::Gabrielle continued to wave her hand in the grass unconsciously, feeling every soft blade upon her fingertips as an easing state to calm herself::
Straetha: *She made a soft derisive sound, at her words. No full angel cared a pinion about the fallen and she knew it. She kept eye contact, her shields carefully in place, as she watched the woman* You know nothing of me, my lady. Not that I would expect you to. *She seemed extremely bitter and cold, though more was going on beneath the surface than one could see from the outside* I did not choose this path, I was thrust upon it as a blade into the gut. *She spat the words as if they were distasteful to her, which they were, no question there. She remained in the bow, wings still fanned to their impressive length, the threads of silver shimmering in the moonlight that framed her sillohette* I thought you would be elsewhere, training..
.
Gabrielle: ::ah, but she'd soon find, Gabrielle was the exception to the rule. Gabrielle sincerely cared about all creatures.. yes, even those that have slain her own. It was a part of who Gabrielle was. Weeping in the face of seeing yet another turn fallen, and crying out in anger at another falling into the depths of hell, to remain there for all eternity. It wasn't something Gabrielle 'enjoyed' watching. Sighing softly as she listened to the woman intensely. And at the end of her words, gabrielle decided to make her respective response.. her words had that of pure sincerity.:: That I do not, though, it does not mean I care not for those who have become fallen, and care not to *learn* more. If not as a friend, but even as a foe. Believe this, or not.. but, I still weep for all those who have fallen, both to darkness, and hell itself. be it thrust upon the sword by the Gods above.. or by their own will. ::She shook her head:: I truly am sorry for your fate.. and though it would seem we are enemies by nature, know that I am here.. for whatever reason you so deem. ::Gabrielle though, as she noted her wing span, chose not to give her own immense span of dual sets. Instead, Gabrielle remained suprisingly calm in the face of the new adversary.:: .. Indeed, I was. Though, I was given the command to rest for a spell. Regain the energy I need ..
Straetha: *she dropped her gaze, fighting the emotion that threatened to overthrow her composure. She herself had done nothing wrong, she had been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Accused of murder she'd been cast down without so much as a thought from the gods. Her bitterness was deep and the sudden cutting of herself from those she'd known was still raw in her mind. She honestly did not wish the path she had been set upon, and truly fought it, she saw no alternative. Besides, she was free now... sort of* I acknowledge that you are here, othewise we would not be speaking, no? *she smiled briefly, a light flickering in her eyes before they deadened once more. Her nature was that of a redeemer, she had once fought with her very soul to redeem those that she now found her place among. Given the opprotunity she was a kind soul... but she showed nothing of that now*
Gabrielle: ::Gabrielle watched her expressions, both inner self, and outter.. the poor woman seemed in turmoil over all her emotions. gabrielle wanted to badly to aid this one further.. and surely she'd find out exactly what happened from her in the near future. but, as always, her conversations were cut short in that summoning from Aries and the Other Gods for her presence.. Looking upwards before looking back to her with a soft, easing smile:: Indeed, though, I regret to inform, that I am being summoned once more. I do so hope that our next meet will be as, interesting, as this. Though, I will understand if it is with ill intent. In that, I wish you the best of luck. ::Odd, the Queen, wishing a fallen luck in the battle field against her? But, that was Gabrielle! A complicated individual to understand indeed! And with the finish of that last word, hand came up to snap. And with a single second, Gabrielle was engulfed in a swirl of golden feathers, only to have them fall to the ground, in her dissappearance from the Gardens.. and have each feather sparkle it's way out of exsistance.. a single echo being heard throughout the gardens before her official presence.. was gone:: .. Till next time.. be well, Straetha. . .
Straetha: *Straetha watched the strange queen vanish, before turning into the darkness, a single tear winding its way down her cheek as she mourned for all she had lost...*
