I just wanted to clarify the purpose of the guestbook. It was intended to give unhappy customers a place to state a grievance. I only thought it was fair to the people whose business practices were criticized in public (such as this is) that the accusers should have to identify themselves. Otherwise, some practical joker could wander in here and slander with impunity. I am not collecting this information for any long term purpopse. DM

Don - Iunderstand that the information you ask helps in your business but I can't help feeling resentment when I'm asked these things. I would at lest assure folks that it goes no further than you. I've read a lot about this gathering of information lat ly and I simply don't like the intrusion of my privacy.
