1) Accept your feelings - they CAN'T hurt you!
  2) Give yourself permission to feel anxious.
  3) Breathe slowly through your nose.
  4) Calm yourself with positive self-talk (not worry).
  5) Let go, float and flow.
  6) Distract yourself, it is only anxiety or OCD.
  7) Channel your energy (adrenaline) in postive ways.
  8) Don't let a bad day scare you into thinking it's gonna always be that way.
  9) Give yourself a pat on the back now and then.
10) Take one day at a time - and above all, don't worry!
