2) - You don't need to have a site to join but you must have a valid e-mail address.
3) - Absoultely no hate/porn sites allowed. If you have one, you're better off not putting it in the submission form.
4) - If you have a website, you must add a code for this site to it and link it to here before you join. Sometimes I'll visit the site right as I recieve the submission and if there is no code, it will not be added.
5) - Please fill out the form completely. If you don't want your e-mail address to be displayed, just type in hide at the end of it. 6) - Where it says Light of Earendil?, type Last Silmaril so I know you read the rules.
