Measuring Coffee Grounds

I've heard several people comment that the coffee I make at home tastes really good. And each time the comment was made, I'd used a different coffee. What this meant to me was that (aside from choosing a passable coffee) I was doing something right. What was it? The answer is, I wasn't afraid to use the proper amount of coffee grounds. The formula is: 2 heaping tbsps. of coffee grounds per each 6 oz. of cold water. Some people might measure that amount out and then think that its too much. Don't be afraid! It's not too much. Otherwise, your coffee will turn out weak. If you like your coffee weak, then that's fine, but if you don't, then follow my advise. The worst that could happen is that you don't like the way it tastes and you throw out the pot.
