SHUTTLE TO MARS
While I'm video-taping the launch pad,
Dibbley and Acrylic get our passes and wait on line.
We prepare for take off in the shuttle.
As we enter, the space cadet tells me
"No video recording while in the shuttle."
But the camcorder is on my lap.
And no one can see it.
And we're in the first row.
And the RECORD button is soooo close to my hand...
(As you can see, Xigeous has no respect for
Inter-Planetary law.)
I'd say it's about thirty worm-holes to Mars,
all which explode spectacularly on the large video
screen in front of us. Daleman keeps yelling
"Are we there yet?"
Four minutes later we land and leave the space
shuttle. We immediately see strange alien writing.
We know we are now on Mars.
