It's no secret that MIDI is one way to unify a pool of synthesizers and computers.  The following Designs attempt to "concentrate" and "unify" into a single performance point an approach for instrument control.

24 Input Channel MIDI Control Surface

Panel Controls on the sophisticated control surface include Joystick, motorized rotary, and footpedal control. A microcontroller "reads" the input devices and saves or restores the dispostition of rotary settings.
