to many useful documents, of note are their own position papers
on such things as "Left turn lanes", "One way Streets"
and "Advanced Stop Lines" these are available in pdf
format. (Irish legislation does not currently permit the construction
or use of advanced stop lines.)

activists. Elsewhere urbancyclist-uk is highly recomended,

list is the daddy of them all! You never know, you might subscribe yourself!
(The Dublin-cycling is
now defunct but the archives still contain interesting
debates)

from a UK study on the effects of cycle helmets: the main
finding: if pedestrians and motorists wore helmets it would save
12 times more lives than if cyclists wore them.
Here is the

evidence on cycle helmets is limited and safety efforts should
focus on accident reduction rather than on injury reduction.
