HOBBIES/INTERESTS
Working with the big cats that he has adopted at his
charity. Collect Jaguar cars and even endorses them. Also likes to collect
Star Trek memorabilia. Enjoys volleyball an golf. Admires Reba McEntire, but
is not a country music fan. Other musical acts he likes include, U2 Matchbox
Twenty, Stevie Nicks, Cher and REM. Jan-Michael is huge Utah Jazz fan and
his favorite players are Karl Malone and John Stockton. His favorite movie
is Star Trek II.

Was ranked top juniors player in 1994. He won his first tournament at the
age of 9 at the Boeing Tennis Center in Seattle, Washigton; defeated Ann Ann
Lui. Jan-Mike signed a letter of intent to play tennis at the University of
Washington, but turned pro two months prior. Did not play high school
tennis, said it conflicted too much with Junior National tournaments. He was
named after 70's and 80's actor Jan-Michael Vincent. Both he and his brother
have signed contract with Ford Modeling Agency.
