Before I ever got a Dreamcast, I watched this one very closely. I was not dissapointed. The only real problem I had was that it seemed to focus on conversations too much. The battle system wasn't anything new, but It was still fun to learn new moves from random people on the street. I also love wasting my yen on all those crazy vending machines and arcades. All-in-all this game was truly revolutionary. The graphics, F.R.E.E., and a leap forward for RPG's was a step in the right direction for Sonic Team. It really saddens me that the Dreamcast died out before the Second Chapter was released. It saddens me even more that it's going to be released on the X-BOX; the last console I intend to buy. Nothing against the graphics, I believe that the next one will be beautiful graphically, I just don't have the 200 smackers. Shenmue is an RPG that makes you think and ask questions, this is something I have long-waited for.
