This is the Midi Files section. Midi files are an old way of playing music on your computer or electric keyboard. It is much more space conservative than WAV or MP3 (usually up to 20 KB each for the same length) but you don't get the freedom of sound. All the notes are "written down" like a piece of music and which instruments to play them with as well.
