Squadron Commader's Office
" A Squdron Commander commands a squadron of twelve pilots. It is his duty to see that all his pilots are active and productive in Imperial Order activities. He manages the day to day operations of a squadron; this includes maintaining continuous contact with Flight Members, Flight Leaders and making all sorts of internal decisions on Squadron positions, ranks and Medal Awards. The CMDRs also maust reveiw battle and mission performance files sent in from Squadron Members and make recommendations to their Wing Commander for Medal Awards and/or Rank/Position promotions. It should be noted that  the Fleet Commander allows CMDRs a great deal of lattitude in customizing a Squadronto his own particular talents . However, assigned fighters, Squadron Names, and Squadron Objectives amy not be altered. Squadron Commanders may select the Banners and Mottoes of their Squadrons by reporting directly to the Fleet Commanderand the Flight Officer respectively. A Squadron Commander must hold the rank of General or higher"
- The Fleet Operations Manual
All Flight Members in Gamma Squadron are to report in to their respective Flight Leaders every Tuesday. The Flight Leaders are then to report in to me every Wednesday. The report should contain the following:

FMs: Current IO battle in progress , Ladder participation, TI submissions and anything else you feel your FL should know. (For example - if you cannot make the weekly meeting, you should tell your FL at this time)

FLs: Current IO Battle in progress, Ladder participation, TI submisions and anything else you feel your CMDR should know, PLUS a summary af the activity within the F/G (in other words, what the FMs under your command are doing)

I cannot stress enough the importance of reporting in, it is MANDITORY and EXPECTED. You are among the best. Don't disappoint me.

{SALUTE}
Lieutenant General Maugrim
As a Non-Gaming Squadron Gamma does not stay active in the traditional manor as other squadrons do.

As of November 26th 2001, I have descided that we shall be a
"writing-squadron". This means to stay active a new story must be submitted to the
Treatise Imperialis every month.

There will be a minimal entry requirement of 350 words. If Writing is not your thing, the imperial Order offers many ways of being a active member. Web design is also useful
