Walk with me, will you?
Alongside this stream that peacefully flows,
What fun we will have, no matter what we do,
The aroma of the summer filling our nose,
We can laugh and sing together with each step,
Watching the children chase around, all filled with pep,
The sun held above us as our chaperone,
Finishing our ice cream and now eating its cone,
We have an armada of roses to guide our way,
Their fragrance and sight surround our scene,
Making even better the memory of today,
And on your admiration will my heart lean,
Hand in hand we are drawn into dancing,
As alongside us the wildlife is prancing,
Our heavenly Father, smiling at us in what we do,
Glad is my heart to spend this day, a walk with you.
